Job Description:
Bidsutra is looking for dynamic Telecallers for the Loan and Insurance department. You will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling existing and potential customers to explain loan and insurance products.
Assisting customers with the documentation process.
Follow up with interested leads and ensure conversion.
Maintain daily call reports and feedback.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Loans and Insurance products.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
