Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Brief: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities (including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services).

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media networking (LinkedIn).

  • Client Management: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure client retention.

  • Sales Pitching: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present XpertNote’s services/products effectively.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms with clients and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world to position XpertNote ahead of competitors.

  • Documentation: Maintain sales records and pipeline reports using CRM software.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

  • Sales Acumen: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.

  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Presentation: Ability to present complex information to clients in a simple and engaging manner.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • [0-2] Years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
