Telecaller - Laptop Sales & Lease Executive

Job Description:
XpertNote is hiring Telecallers for our Laptop Sales and Lease executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products (Laptops/IT Accessories) or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
